Terms and Conditions

One month before the agreed start date half a calendar months deposit is required also one months nursery fee is payable in advance. On your child leaving the nursery the deposit can be used to pay towards the final month’s fee. Deposits are non-refundable if you decide not to take up the place at the nursery.
Fees are payable in advance on the 28th of each calendar month by cheque or preferably by standing order
If your child is absent, fees are payable.
Fees are payable across nursery holidays and bank holidays when the nursery is closed.
If you fail to collect your child/children by the specified time there will be a late collection fee of £5 per 5 minutes.
For children attending a full day the fee includes breakfast, a morning snack, lunch, afternoon tea and refreshments including milk.
Parents will be asked to provide pre-prepared milk for babies under 1.
Fees do not include uniform, nappies or wipes, which parents are required to provided.
We are only able to provide prescribed medication with parent’s permission.
Please note that your child will have a settling in period of three days before their start date, there is no fee for this.
